Once you’ve paid your technology fee and your account is created, LoanResolve™ electronically reaches out to third party vendors whom we pay for encrypted data secure access and necessary reports to speed up the process with your lender. Your technology fee covers these 3rd party up front costs, which are automatically incurred by LoanResolve™ Technologies for each registered user at the time an account is created.
Refunds will not be given should you not obtain your desired objective with your lender or fail to 100% complete each of your required tasks for a successful lender submission.
